CONFERENCE MATERIALS

Short abstracts, extended abstracts and full papers are submitted in English language. They should be sent as attached document by e-mail to the Organising Committee.

Short abstracts will be included in conference programme. Full papers or extended abstracts of accepted reports will be published in conference CD. Full papers will be published in conference proceedings.

Short abstracts should content up to 10 lines of A4 page (MS Word – Times New Roman font 10 pts).

Extended abstracts should include introduction, methodology, discussion, conclusions, references, pictures. They should content 1-2 pages of A4 format under requirements same as for full papers.

Full papers of reports should be prepared under following requirements:
Up to 6 pages of A4 format: MS Word – Times New Roman font 11 pts (abstract, titles of pictures, tables and references - 10 pts), Indentation 0, Line spacing single, paragraph spacing 6 pts after, borders: left – 2,5 cm, right – 2,5 cm, top – 2,5 cm, bottom – 2,5 cm. Full paper should be sent by post mail (in CD) or by e-mail (MS Word file).

Conference proceedings (ISSN 1822-8801) will be published in ISI products database (Index to Scientific & Technical Proceedings - ISTP/ISI Proceedings).

Scientific Committee will notify of acceptance and mode of presentation of reports (oral, poster) but authors are invited to indicate their preference at the registration form.
