CONFERENCE MATERIALS

Abstracts and papers of conference reports are submitted in English language.

Abstracts should content 500 … 1000 characters and should be submitted on-line during the registration for the conference.

It is recommended that full papers for conference proceedings include abstract, introduction, methodology, discussion, conclusions, references, pictures. They should content 4-6 pages of A4 format (MS Word – Times New Roman font 11 pts, abstract, titles of pictures, tables and references - 10 pts, Indentation 0, Line spacing single, paragraph spacing 6 pts after, borders: left – 2,5 cm, right – 2,5 cm, top – 2,5 cm, bottom – 2,5 cm). Type the paper’s title in block letters, single-spaced. Continue on the second line with the authors, affiliations and addresses in initial capitals and lower case. Begin the text one line below the last line of the author section, single-spaced.

Full paper should be sent by e-mail (MS Word file).

Scientific Committee will notify of acceptance and mode of presentation of reports (oral, poster) but authors are invited to indicate their preference at the registration form.

Accepted reports will be published in conference proceedings. Conference proceedings (ISSN 1822-8801, eISSN 2424-5089) will be published in international databases (EBSCO, SCOPUS etc.) as Open Access publication. The full papers selected by our scientific committee and presented at the BALTTRIB 2017 conference can be submitted by the authors for publication in Journals: Tribology International, Journal of Friction and Wear, Green Tribology and Agricultural Engineering. This will be done through the regular selected journal reviewing and selection process. The articles in the Journal of Friction and Wear must be submitted in English and Russian languages.
